  2. Our customer service communicates with you, analyzes your needs and establishes a comprehensive work plan.
  3. You make the first payment by Paypal, check, bank transfer or Western Union.
  4. We design the first draft and we send the mock-up by email.
  5. You give us your feedback, comments and requests for corrections, if necessary.
  6. We make changes to the mock-up and present the final result.
  7. You make the last payment.
  8. We give you the final product and the source files.

When can you start my project?

Although we restrict the number of projects in which we participate, we are busy. Contact us for more information about our availability.

Are your services expensive?

Our rates are based on market prices and the quality of the products we carry. We believe that these are affordable and fair if you want a quality product.

Do you offer rush services and how much does it cost?

We invite you to contact us to know whether we are prepared to carry out your project in extraordinary times. According to the timetable, costs could increase by 25 to 30% compared to standard prices.

Will I have exclusive rights to your products?

Unless otherwise agreed, the products we carry are personalized and we guarantee 100% exclusivity.

Do I have to pay you in advance?

Project of 1,000 EUR or less must be paid 100% in advance. For any other project, 50% of the total amount is to be paid at the beginning and the other 50% at the delivery of the final product. It is possible to establish a different agreement when negotiating prices at the beginning of the project.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, certified checks, Western Union, bank transfer and PayPal.

Where are your offices?

Our headquarters are located in Montreal, Canada (GMT -5), but we also do business with partners from around the world, especially in France, Belgium and the United Kingdom.

What are your business hours?

We communicate with our customers between 8:00 and 21:00 (GMT -5). Between these hours we will send your mockups and we will respond to your emails.

I am not sure of the color/style I want to go with. What do I do?

There is no problem with not knowing what you want. Our professional team is here to help, whether you have specific requirements or would like to be guided. We are professionals who will help you by making recommendations, taking your requirements into account.
